Time Management
I love to talk a lot about time management as this is one thing and the most important thing according to me which many of us don’t realize the importance of it.
Every second, every minute counts a lot in life. To make good use of your time for personal and professional life, here are some important points to be noted.
- A proper planning of things in your daily life is the key to effective Time management.
- Before starting your day, list down the tasks that you are suppose to do in the day. You may not have all the tasks before start of the day, but list down whatever you can and keep adding to it as and when you get new tasks.
- Prioritize the tasks from complete list of tasks. Allocate time for each of your tasks. It is not possible every time to complete all the tasks that you had written. Some will spill over, but the most important thing to be concentrate on is to complete the tasks that had been prioritized as high.
- Do not allocate all the available time to the tasks. There will always be a spill over of your tasks irrespective of how much effective you are. So always try to allocate only 75% of your available time to the tasks.
- At the start, you may not be able to complete all the tasks that you have listed. But you need to be sincere towards your tasks. As time goes on, you will be more effective and you can see the difference.
